WLAN-A0041 is a wireless network access point solution based on the 54Mbps 802.11b/g wireless LAN standard. it consists of a fully weatherproof aluminium enclosure with integrated, outdoor hardened electronics.

- PoE. A power injector is provided with each unit and a discrete power receiver with built-in surge protection offers increased resistance to surges induced on the power supply
- Specially hardened electronics designed for outdoor use means greater reliability and performance.
- Long range performance tuned electronics. Unlike most conventional WiFi electronics, which is designed for ranges of up to 50m, the Access Point allows superior performance for longer ranges through timing adjustments in the communications protocol. This means more reliable, stable links over long ranges.
- Normal data rate up to 108Mbps using turbo mode.
