| The D2-16TD2-2 is a current-sourcing DC output designed. This module is part of DL205 family of products. The D2-16TD2-2 is designed with two isolated commons with eight points per common. The D2-16TD2-2 I/O module supports 24 VDC. This output module is designed to fit into a DL205 rack system along with a CPU and other modules like inputs and special modules like the remote master or remote slave. Each unit is designed with a retaining clip located at the top and bottom of its faceplate. This clip allows the unit to seat into the base module and securely remain in place after installation. The D2-16TD2-2 includes a terminal strip located on its front faceplate. This strip allows for the attachment of wiring. Be sure not to exceed the power budget for this I/O or for the base as you are configuring the system. A handheld programmer can be attached to the CPU to allow for local configurations. DL205 I/o modules like the D2-16TD2-2 are designed for use in locations where the ambient temperature remains between 0 and 55 degrees celsius and the ambient humidity is 30% to 95%, non-condensing. The system should not be used in locations where corrosive gases are present.
