D2-32TD1 is a DC output module.
A member of the DirectLogic 205 series, this module interfaces with the DL205 series of programmable logic controllers. Containing 32 sinking outputs per module, 4 isolated commons each support 8 output terminal points. Outputs from the module are delivered in NPN open collector type. An external DC power source is needed with power supply demands ranging from 20-28 VDC, or 120 mA with all points on. Operating voltage for the module ranges from 12 to 24 VDC, with peak voltage measuring at 30 VDC.
Monitoring the input/output voltages and currents of D2-32TD1 helps to prevent the system from overloading. The maximum load current required per point is 0.1A, with the minimum load current reading 0.2 mA. A maximum base power of 350 mA is required to power the device. A 40-pin connector and an LED module activity status indicator completes the front plate of the module.
